Message from the programme directors

In Marketing and in life we are always looking for our space.

The Post-Graduation “Driving Marketing Transformation” was born to help master the markets changes and to design a business strategy and a Marketing route with digital muscle, prepared for the transformation of today and tomorrow.

Who we are? Where are we? Where are we going? Questioning is the central point of our existence. When it comes to building a brand, finding out what to do and how to do it starts by defining what the brand is.

Today, the only constant we have is change. Digitalization brings great challenges - and also opportunities - in the strategic definition of the brand's purpose, in the relationship with consumers and in the way teams work. This program allows participants to achieve greater depth and ambition by meaning, by challenging, and by creating even more impact. After all, this is the skill set that successful brands and businesses seek. May this journey bring you more clarity and the necessary courage to start the transformation process in or from your company (and yours).

This Post-Graduation, more than an exhibition of ideas, ideologies and methodologies: is an invitation to action. An invitation to all people who want to start an innovative and deep reflection about their brand, the brand they collaborate with, or the brand they would like to create.

Objectives

At the end of the Post-Graduation “Driving Marketing Transformation”, the participant will be able to:

  • Develop capacity for analysis, decision making and implementation of actions in the field of Marketing and access to tools for the development of soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and leadership;
  • Understand strategically the digital megatrends, the new competition rules, and the evolving needs and expectations of customers - and the disruptive impact it has on organizational and business models;
  • Design a Strategic Marketing Transformation Plan, content and experience-driven for the development and construction of a brand in a digital age;
  • Know the tools and enablers for change and transformation, for a more agile and dynamic management, as well as how to measure and evaluate success, applied to a project with mentoring;
  • Benefit from being close to the business reality with the participation of professionals with diverse experience and knowledge, which enhance joint learning and networking.

Candidates Profile

Applicants must have a high education degree. Candidates who do not have this requirement may be accepted providing their background and knowledge acquired by professional experience justifying the admission. The process of selection and ranking of candidates will be done according to the requirements defined in the Regulation governing this training and always based on curricular and professional judgment, taking into account the submission order of the respective applications.

The Post-Graduation Driving Marketing Transformation program will last 210 hours of face-to-face training, divided into 3 modules:

Each module will have:

  • An opening masterclass (2h) with a guest speaker;
  • An applied project (Action Learning Project) to evaluate and implement the knowledge acquired during each module;
  • Coaching with the scientific team (1h);
  • Insight Out workshop for personal development.

6 500 € + VAT

Payment Policy

When applying it should be paid 10% of the programme's amount. The remaining amount must be settled in accordance with the payment schedule set. VAT at the legal rate must be added to all prices.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of an entry within 15 days prior to the start of the programme will lead to no reimbursement of the registration fee. A no-show or cancellation of a registration after the start of the programme involves its full payment. In certain circumstances, the Católica Porto Business School may postpone or cancel the implementation of a programme and in that case shall return in full all the amounts charged.

Special conditions

The attendance fee will have a 10% discount in case there are two enrolments from the same institution or 15% for three or more enrolments. Former students of Catholic University and EGE - Business Management School will benefit from a 10% discount. AEP Members will have a 10% discount and the associated AEP Plus benefit of a deduction of 13%. Discounts are not cumulative.

Prompt payment situations will be granted an additional 5% discount.
